My wife and I were able to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary together. Traveling reminded me of being a student in Paris in 1996. That’s where I met my wife to be. Preparing a daughter to go to college as a freshman is akin to planning a moon landing: vast amounts of equipment must be purchased, staged, and then packed into a single vehicle. The equipment must cover life in an environment yet unknown, and allow for habitation over a defined period.
